Terms and conditions for Port Over Customers

To qualify for this Programme, the hirer is required to fulfil the following criteria:
a) Sign up for a minimum of 12 months lease for any make and model under existing cars (Comprehensive Plan)
b) Must be currently leasing from a registered car rental company in Singapore other than Hertz Singapore with at least a 12 months contract
For the avoidance of doubt,
a) This Programme will not be applicable to hirer who is currently leasing from individuals or unregistered companies
b) The current leasing contract is valid until 2 months after the date of expiry.
1 month free lease will commence at the start of the lease, full monthly payment is required for subsequent payment.
This Promotion is non-exchangeable for cash or kind, is non-refundable and non-transferable.
This offer is not valid in conjunction with 30 Days Satisfaction Guarantee or other offers or promotions unless otherwise stated
